Melissa Socha - Owner and
Senior Website Designer
 |
| I created my very first website for
a company I started in 1997 the hard way
- by trial and error. It was
simple yet effective. The internet
was still quite new back then and I
found myself fascinated with the design
aspect.
I found website design to be a creative
outlet for myself but the technical aspect
took a lot more effort as HTML and other
languages began to evolve and expand.
I was determined to learn as much as I could
to improve my website and found myself
giving my site a whole new makeover at least
once a month as I learned to do more things.
Needless to say my own website has
come a long way from the first one I
designed back in 1997! |

I began designing websites for other companies in 1998 and quickly
decided that website design was the field I wanted to pursue. My goal has always been first to please the client by creating websites that are unique, aesthetically pleasing, and easy for the visitors to navigate.
Each website I design is a new learning experience not only by creating different designs but also in working with new people and the challenges that each new job brings. I work closely with each of my clients and give them options that will work specifically for their needs. It is very satisfying to help companies and individuals create a new avenue on the web so that their businesses can grow.
My interests also include website marketing. Being a website owner myself, it was important to learn how to market a
website on the internet so that my potential customers could
find it. I have done extensive research on website
marketing and search engine optimization. I design
each of my client's websites with this in mind and also
offer additional services and advise to help market their
websites.
I feel very fortunate to have a job that I love. A
job that allows me to use my creative skills as well as the technical skills I have learned throughout the last 15 years. I enjoy meeting new people and look forward to all the challenges that each new client brings.
